Participation in the Seminar of the Environmental Education Center of Ierapetra-Neapoli, Lasithi

LIFE GRECABAT participated in a two-day training seminar organized by the Ierapetra-Neapoli, Lasithi Environmental Education Center on November 9th & 10th, 2019, on the topic: "Getting to Know the Sitia Geopark, its caves and educational paths".

The seminar was attended by 20 teachers of primary and secondary education in Crete. The project team conducted lectures on the underground world of Greece, laboratory exercises to identify terrestrial and aquatic animals and experiential guided tours of the karstic spring of Zakros and the Oxo Latsidi cave in Sitanos.
