We travel to Europe
The photo by Ioannis Nikoloudakis, a member of the programme and HISR, was selected by the European Commission for the #Euinmyregion communication campaign, which aims to increase the visibility of EU-funded projects.
It was taken from the cave of Maronia or Polyphemos in the Prefecture of Rodopi, where LIFE-GRECABAT team with the participation of volunteer speleologists, studied for three days its fauna and carried out measurements in order to install a system for monitoring abiotic parameters.
